Cotiviti Client Conference Brings Together Leading Payer Executives and Experts to Enable a High-Quality and Viable Healthcare System

CEO Emad Rizk, M.D. to deliver keynote on strategies to bolster payment integrity, harness emerging technology, and foster member engagement

SALT LAKE CITY, May 9, 2023 – Cotiviti, a leader in data-driven healthcare solutions, will host the 2023 Cotiviti Client Conference (CCC23) May 10–12 in San Diego, California, bringing together leading payer organizations and healthcare stakeholders from across the country to discuss new ways to improve the sustainability of the healthcare ecosystem. The three-day conference will focus on themes such as taking a holistic approach to payment integrity, delivering a better member experience, and improving quality outcomes and Star Ratings through integration.

"In an increasingly competitive environment, payers must look to transformative ideas and technologies to enable better outcomes for their members and greater collaboration with their provider communities," said Emad Rizk, M.D., chairman, president, and CEO of Cotiviti. "As our health plan clients set the groundwork for 2023 and beyond, our conference will expose them to new strategies, help them deploy specialized expertise and advanced technology, and simplify internal processes while putting the customer experience first."

Dr. Rizk will deliver the opening CCC23 keynote on how organizations can achieve lasting value amid tremendous industry challenges. A second keynote from Mary R. Grealy, president of the Healthcare Leadership Council, will examine legislative and regulatory opportunities to bring greater stability to the healthcare system with a focus on disaster preparedness, support for quality care and coverage, and the Medicaid redetermination process as the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency ends. CCC23 will close with a keynote from entrepreneur, Hollywood producer, and former NFL player Spencer Paysinger, who will discuss the importance of diversity and leadership to create winning teams.

Along with compelling keynotes, CCC23 will feature a variety of individual and panel presentations showcasing the value Cotiviti delivers to its clients, focusing on driving enrollment and improving the customer experience; the transformation of HEDIS® and Star Ratings; new innovations in payment integrity and fraud, waste, and abuse prevention; and evolving clinical record review strategies.

As part of Cotiviti’s commitment to social responsibility, attendees will partner with Cotiviti Cares to support the San Diego Rescue Mission assembling outreach kits for unhoused individuals in the San Diego area.
