Social responsibility is deeply ingrained in Cotiviti’s purpose and people. Our business is based on doing what’s right: optimizing financial performance, reducing inefficiency, and improving healthcare quality. There is nothing more socially responsible than doing our part to improve the affordability and effectiveness of healthcare.

Beyond our corporate purpose, social responsibility means doing what we can to build a team of doers who address issues of broad social concern on a local community level. Through our Cotiviti Cares social responsibility program, we support, promote, and fund community outreach efforts conducted by our employees around the globe, contributing to local charities and not-for-profits through financial assistance, in-kind contributions, and volunteer efforts. Cotiviti Cares focuses our numerous charitable efforts to serve a common purpose: to strengthen our communities by supporting community engagement, environmental challenges, educational development and health, where we live and work.

The people of Cotiviti play an essential role in fulfilling this mission, championing causes and supporting charities in which they personally believe. Their efforts have included participating in our annual company-wide paid “day of service,” in which our employees collectively donate thousands of volunteer hours in their communities; organizing fundraising and volunteer opportunities for a multitude of causes: helping the homeless, feeding the hungry, walking and running for research and cures; supporting veterans; assisting in shelters; aiding the sick, elderly, and less fortunate; and more. 

We are proud of the employees across our locations – from North America to India, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, and most recently the Philippines and Mexico, who are having a positive impact on the world, and representing the compassionate spirit that is at the heart of Cotiviti.
