Marking 25 years as an NCQA-certified HEDIS® vendor, Cotiviti to highlight solutions that improve performance and member engagement in the digital era
SALT LAKE CITY, October 13, 2025 – Cotiviti, a leader in data-driven healthcare solutions, will join health plan quality improvement leaders at the NCQA Health Innovation Summit in San Diego, CA taking place October 13–15, sharing best practices to support health plans on the path to long-term success in digital quality measurement.
“Payers are under growing pressure to improve quality scores, but continue to struggle to meet digital quality reporting deadlines and effectively engage the members to close care gaps,” said Chad Kinkead, executive vice president of health enablement solutions at Cotiviti and member of the NCQA Industry Council on Healthcare Quality. “Cotiviti is committed to empowering our clients with an integrated quality platform that not only guides them through traditional and digital reporting, but drives targeted and effective member outreach.”
Cotiviti Senior Product Director Jamison Gillitzer will serve as a panelist during the session, “A Real-World Guide to Digital Quality: De-mystifying the Transition from Top HEDIS Reporting Vendors.” Gillitzer and other industry experts will share practical strategies for moving from manual, claims-based reporting to digital quality measurement using Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) and Clinical Quality Language (CQL). Attendees will gain insights to strengthen data strategies, meet current HEDIS requirements, and prepare their organizations for the digital transformation during the panel on Tuesday, October 14 from 10:00–10:45am.
Cotiviti’s Quality and Stars solutions form a unified ecosystem that empowers health plans to drive year-round quality improvement, ensure program consistency, and deliver better outcomes for members. Strengthened in 2025 with the launch of Cotiviti’s Engagement Hub, the platform enhances coordination and streamlines member engagement to close care gaps more effectively and improve quality scores.
The event comes as Measurement Year (MY) 2025 marks Cotiviti’s 25th consecutive year as an NCQA-certified HEDIS vendor. This milestone underscores Cotiviti’s ability to serve as a long-term, trusted partner to health plans navigating continued change as HEDIS evolves from traditional reporting, to parallel testing, and eventually to full digital measurement.
