Ric Sinclair serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Board Member of Cotiviti. A longtime healthcare technology operator, Ric has spent his career focused on simplifying complexity across the healthcare ecosystem and building the infrastructure, operational discipline, and technology platforms needed to help healthcare function with greater precision, coordination, and accountability.
At Cotiviti, Ric is leading the company’s evolution toward a scaled healthcare infrastructure platform designed to reduce administrative waste, improve financial and clinical performance, strengthen interoperability, and help align stakeholders across the system. He is focused on building the data, automation, and intelligent workflow capabilities needed to modernize healthcare operations and create more connected, efficient, and sustainable models of care and payment.
Before joining Cotiviti in 2026, Ric served in multiple leadership roles at Waystar, including Chief Business Officer, where he helped scale one of healthcare’s leading enterprise technology platforms. He also spent nine years leading product strategy at ZirMed, which later became Waystar.
Ric holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville and a master of business administration from Indiana University.

As leader of Cotiviti's best-in-class finance team, Jerron is tasked with positioning the company for accelerated growth in close partnership with the senior leadership team and board of directors. He has played a critical role in creating the organization's financial planning and analysis operations; developing investor relations, treasury, and debt compliance processes and teams; and leading financial activities related to major mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout his career of more than 20 years, Jerron has provided organizational direction for key strategic, data-driven decisions and achievement of goals through continuous improvement, resulting in realizing hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and cost savings. Before joining Cotiviti in 2012, he held senior finance, accounting, and consulting roles at Grant Thornton LLP and ENGIE North America, Inc.
Jerron holds a bachelor's in business management from Brigham Young University and a master's in accounting from the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Kerri leads the company’s global people strategy across all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, total rewards, and HR governance.
Passionate about the people side of the business, Kerri is focused on creating a positive and engaging employee experience while fostering an ownership mindset through Cotiviti’s Prosperiti program. She also plays a key role in advancing organizational effectiveness, leading enterprise change and transformation efforts. Kerri partners closely with finance, operations, and strategy leadership to align talent initiatives with business priorities and drive performance through a strong, values-driven culture.
Prior to joining Cotiviti in 2009, Kerri served as Corporate Human Resources Manager at George Weston Bakeries, Inc., where she supported key HR initiatives across staffing, career development, training, and retention. Earlier in her career, she was Employment Manager at the Langham Hotel in Boston, where she supported a broad range of human resources functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, and health and safety programs.
Kerri holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bryant University and a master’s degree in human resources management from Emmanuel College.

Chris is responsible for leading Cotiviti’s strategy, directly overseeing corporate development, enterprise product management, government, and retail teams.
As a healthcare veteran with more than 25 years of industry experience, Chris has held executive-level leadership positions across a variety of market segments, including healthcare technology, care delivery, health insurance operations, and management consulting. Before joining Cotiviti in 2017, he served as Chief Solutions Officer for Welltok, a fast-growth health technology company. Prior to Welltok, he was the CEO and founder of Predilytics, which was purchased by Welltok.
In addition, Chris has held board of director and leadership positions at several payer, provider, and healthcare companies, including Regents Surgical Health, Emerson Hospital, Health Dialog, Cigna Healthcare, and Matria Healthcare. Chris earned a master’s degree in health administration from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in zoology from Miami University.

As leader of Cotiviti's global operations, IT and large-scale transformation teams and projects, Peter brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in healthcare services and technology to his role in the organization.
Previously serving as Cotiviti's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer along with other operating roles from 2019 to 2024, his numerous accomplishments include leading the acquisition and integration of Cotiviti, HMS and Edifecs; expanding the adoption of Lean Six Sigma and building a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence; driving new analytics capabilities; expanding operations into new geographies; and managing global administrative functions, offshore operations, R&D, and global IT Infrastructure.
Prior to joining Cotiviti in 2018, Peter served as Chief Financial Officer and in other executive roles at several public and privately held companies, working with payers and providers, where he managed financial, technology, data informatics, compliance, client service, process improvement, product management and operational teams in corporate and divisional settings during periods of rapid revenue growth. Peter spent nearly 13 years with McKesson and has since led two publicly traded healthcare companies through transformational transactions with private equity firms as well as completing several major business turnarounds.
Peter earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and received his Certified Public Accountant certificate from the state of Illinois.

Bringing more than 25 years of healthcare leadership to his role at Cotiviti, Bob leads the company’s healthcare sales and client engagement teams. He collaborates with senior business unit leaders across Cotiviti to drive growth across all healthcare solutions spanning payment integrity, quality improvement, risk adjustment, engagement, interoperability, and value-based care.
A proven change leader, he joined Cotiviti in 2025 from Oracle Health (Cerner), where he led North America healthcare sales and successfully grew top-line revenue, driving client delivery and success and leading solution sales to solve client business needs.
His accomplishments also include leading the successful post-acquisition integration of go-to-market teams. Prior to Oracle, he spent 14 years with Philips Corporation as a leader in sales, operations, partnerships, and emerging business solutions. He also previously served in the U.S. Air Force.

John leads corporate communications, brand development, marketing strategy, and investor relations for Cotiviti. He oversees all aspects of corporate affairs and works closely with the leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives and further strengthen Cotiviti’s market position.
Bringing more than two decades of experience supporting market defining healthcare and technology companies through major industry inflection points, John has built a career around category creation, strategic positioning, and enterprise narrative transformation. Before joining Cotiviti, he held senior leadership roles at Smarter Technologies and Quantum Health and led Imprivata’s national brand transformation following its IPO. He also led communications and investor positioning during Livongo’s emergence as a category defining digital health company, including its IPO, as well as the athenahealth IPO, and has supported the growth and positioning of leading healthcare platforms across the ecosystem.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Radford University.

Dr. Pozen is an expert in clinical coding and works extensively with Cotiviti’s clients and their medical directors.
He was a co-founder of iHealth Technologies, one of Cotiviti's original predecessors, and has extensive experience on both the payer and provider sides of healthcare. After running a private practice for 14 years, he created Cardiology Network, Inc., to provide specialty management services to healthcare payers. He subsequently held leadership positions at Vivra Specialty Partners and Magellan Specialty Health.
Dr. Pozen earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Chicago, went to medical school at Rutgers, did his internal medicine training at Montefiore Hospital in New York, and completed his cardiology fellowship at Georgetown University. He also previously served on the cardiology faculty at the University of Miami.

Sundar is responsible for setting Cotiviti’s technology direction and strategy. He has extensive experience in large scale enterprise software development, building AI-native healthcare business applications, quality-first development, and converting on-premise products to cloud native SaaS services.
Prior to joining the organization in 2025, Sundar helped Edifecs as Chief Technology Officer leading SaaS Conversion and AI driven Business Solutions in the areas of healthcare Interoperability and Risk Adjustment. Before that he spent 24 years at Oracle building multiple enterprise products and cloud services. Most recently, he led the Oracle AI Voice Digital Assistant cloud service, Oracle AI automation cloud service, and the Oracle BPM suite of products.
Sundar holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Matthew leads Cotiviti’s payment integrity operations business unit, where he is responsible for the success of Cotiviti’s prospective payment solution which includes our claim editing, nurse review, fraud waste abuse, dental and pharmacy solutions.
Known for creating and improving operations, Matthew joined Cotiviti in 2004. He is responsible for building the company’s prospective payment integrity operations and held prior roles with responsibility for implementation, software development and operations for the clinical claim validation and retrospective claims accuracy solutions. Prior to Cotiviti, Matthew was a Senior Manager in Healthcare at Accenture, where he consulted and defined solutions for Blue Plans and other large national payers to address their most significant business challenges, as they sought to improve care and reduce administrative costs.
Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Chad is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of building, transforming and growing complex businesses. He is responsible for leadership and overall growth and performance of Cotiviti's risk adjustment, quality, Stars, value-based care and engagement portfolio. In this capacity, he is accelerating Cotiviti's technology enablement agenda to optimize outcomes focused on health plan success, member health, and provider performance.
Prior to joining Cotiviti in 2021, Chad accumulated more than 15 years of experience in executive roles with several healthcare services organizations and health plans including UnitedHealth Group and Datavant. He most recently served as COO of Change Healthcare’s Government Services Division, leading a global operation delivering value to payers by improving risk adjustment data and score accuracy, quality ratings, and overall member health outcomes.

Cheri leads Cotiviti’s clinical chart validation business, guiding its strategy, operations, and continued advancement across prospective and retrospective solutions. She is driving the adoption of AI and machine learning to modernize chart validation, improve accuracy and efficiency, and strengthen how health plans advance payment integrity and provider experience.
A long-standing leader in the business, Cheri brings deep operational expertise and a strong commitment to people and partnership, guiding cross-functional teams of clinical and coding professionals, product specialists, and medical directors to deliver measurable value for health plan partners.
Before joining Cotiviti, Cheri built more than two decades of leadership experience across the healthcare ecosystem, working with health plans, health systems, employers, and government agencies. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations navigate complexity, improve performance, and deliver results in highly regulated environments, with a focus on payment integrity, contract and policy compliance, care management, and workforce strategy.

Naomi is a versatile, results-driven executive leader with responsibility for Cotiviti’s Data Mining and Coordination of Benefits solutions. With a strong focus on operational excellence and the thoughtful and responsible integration of AI and machine learning, Naomi consistently drives scalable, high-impact outcomes that that serve the healthcare ecosystem, and align strategy, technology, and execution. She has a proven ability to define a clear vision of operational distinction and translate that vision into measurable results by mobilizing a global workforce, optimizing complex processes, and delivering exceptional, sustainable value to health plan partners.
As a tenured member of the leadership team who has been with Cotiviti since 2013, Naomi brings deep institutional knowledge, extensive subject matter expertise, and valuable hands-on experience across Cotiviti’s diverse portfolio of clients. This long-standing perspective enables Naomi to anticipate market and client needs and navigate complexity. Refined through more than a decade of prior experience as a litigation attorney, Naomi brings outstanding communication and critical-thinking skills to bear to advance our clients' success.
Prior to joining Cotiviti, Naomi served as a trial attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and other large private law firms. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and sociology from Union College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Angelo oversees Cotiviti’s portfolio of growth investments, strategic initiatives, and corporate alliances in support of the company’s growth and value creation objectives. He also serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO, driving executive alignment and coordinated execution of the company’s top priorities.
Before joining Cotiviti in 2018, Angelo worked for nThrive (formerly MedAssets), where he held several senior-level positions in corporate strategy, business development, technology, and operations.
Angelo spent the earlier part of his career in investment banking at Wachovia Securities in its mergers and acquisitions division. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from The Citadel.

Brett is responsible for leading Cotiviti's legal, compliance, privacy and procurement functions around the world and provides trusted counsel to senior leadership and the board of directors on all legal and compliance matters.
With Cotiviti since 2014, Brett has spent more than 25 years as an in-house corporate attorney providing counsel for large corporations and start-ups, both domestically and abroad. Notably, he served as general counsel to Richard Branson's Virgin Money US entity. Prior to that position, Brett served in various legal capacities for KPMG in the Netherlands and Bear Stearns in New York City.
Brett earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Boston University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a Richardson Scholar.
